What inspired you to start writing?
Interest I can say. When I started blogging in 2013 I used to write for my blog BloggersIdeas.com. I don’t have enough money to hire writers so I used to write myself and yes initially I used to lot of mistakes in content but over the time I learnt well about writing. I use tools like Grammarly to improve my content well.
Don’t be afraid to start just take small steps and you will eventually will learn how to write.
What did you like to read when you were a boy?
Mostly my academic books LOL. When I was cute little kid I used to read comic books like Chacha Choudhary, Betaal & lot other comic books. They were funny and I enjoy reading that time.
This is the common pattern you can see among kids but now things have changed a lot. In 21st century everyone is on Internet now internet has taken over our childhood treasure like comic books.
Children now love to see cartoon videos on youtube and they enjoy a lot.
What is the greatest challenge in writing a book?
Yes there are many challenges in writing a book. Firstly you need to decide what should be the theme of the book. After deciding theme you can write the table of contents of the book.
Then after table of content, storeytelling part comes in, you need to pen down your ideas and thought process to to make a perfect pitch of your book.
How much research do you do before writing the book?
When I started writing my book with the help of my editor Rahul Rakesh, we jotted on lot of ideas that how to start the book. So Rahul asked me the key points about my journey because I was writing my autobiography. So he asked how did you get started in your journey, he asked about my failures and successful projects. I gave my him very details and I told him that this should be the jist of the book. So we started researching on the big entrepreneurs in my niche industry like Gary Vaynerchuk, Lewis Howes & Tai Lopez. We saw the pattern how well they crafted their stories into their own books.
Research on the experts and you will get lot of ideas for writing the book.
What motivated you to write the book “Jitendra Vaswani Inside A Hustler’s Brain”?
My motivation behind my book was to inspire lot of people to take actions in their life and make them hustlers.
I was planning for my book from long time, I want to share my story to lot of people in this world. Sharing your story can inspire lot of people and their life can be changed. I want to create impact on people lives and they should not think about society or anybody else. The no.1 reason people fail in their life because they tend to listen to their family, friends and society. So stop listening to anyone else just do what your heart says. Focus on your work and your dreams will come true.
People will keep on saying that you cannot do anything, don’t waste your time in job but all you need to keep calm and keep doing what you like.
Your interest matters a lot. If someone will force you to do something trust me you never gonna like it and you will hate your life too much. Don’t hate your life, love your life. Like what you do and live life like king size.
How did you came up with the idea of writing self help fiction genre book?
The idea came when I wanted to share my story to the world. I must say this book gonna be game-changer in my life. I was in Bangkok to attend big event Affiliate World Asia. At this event there were lot of experts like Neil Patel, Matthew Woodward & many more. I personally met Neil Patel first time at this event only I was so amazed and my hands were shivering. I gave him my book and he really liked my book. I met other digital marketers at that event and gave them my book. I was so pleased by giving my book, they liked my spirit and tell me very few people have guts to do this and you are one of them.
Who are your favourite authors?
I have read very few books in my life but my favorites are: Gary Vaynerchuk, Lewis Howes, Robert Kiyosaki & Dale Carnegie.
These authors have been my favorite and I follow them lot on social media.
How much time do you dedicate for writing on a daily basis?
I try to dedicated atleast 2hrs daily in writing and I love to write something on digital marketing because that’s my favorite area of writing.
What words of wisdom would you like to give to aspiring writers?
I would like to say that don’t stop whatever happens, just focus on your dream. People will judge you always but you need to listen to your heart. I have seen many talented writers wasting their time by doing jobs they don’t like it. All they need is to take a risk in their life and they can be so much successful in their life.
So never ever give up on your dreams, you never how close you are towards achieving that.
