Brenda Rachel`s company name is Brenda Rachel. She is a published author, author of various inspirational/spiritual articles, inspirational/spiritual songwriter/composer and Angel Therapy® Practitioner. She graduated High School and let us now know more about her writing.
What inspired you to start writing?
I have enjoyed writing since I was my early teens, mostly poetry. My Mom was mentally ill up until my teenage years and I had to take care of my family during her disabled periods. I became very depressed as a teenager and poetry was my outlet for emotional release and relief. In 2004, I was inspired by the Angels who started channeling lyrics and melodies to me for many songs when I was severely disabled with bilateral plantar fasciitis and not able to walk or work for 4 months.
I co-arranged and produced an album with a professional singer of 6 of my inspirational/spiritual songs entitled “In This Moment” which is available on iTunes and Amazon. I was again disabled in 2014-2015 with serious back and hip pain and did not want to live (this was one of the lowest periods of my life) so I asked God and the Angels 3 questions: What did they want me to learn from this experience, what messages did they want me to share with others and how could I serve them? I was and still am being given inspirational/spiritual quotes, messages and articles by the Angels which I post on my website. I have had my first book “In This Moment Angels’ Sweet Reflections” published by Balboa Press which has over 250 of these channeled angelic quotes.
What did you like to read when you were a girl?
I liked to read Harlequin Romances, Nancy Drew, National Geographic and My Bible.
What is the greatest challenge in writing a book?
The greatest challenge in writing a first book and I will clarify “first” book, is all the many, many steps it takes to get it published. I had no trouble writing the book, as I would ask the Angels all the time for direction on how they wanted me to word the quotes and asked them what did they want me to do with all these quotes they kept channeling to me (their answer: get it out as a published book), they gave me the title and then helped me find a publisher.
All the following steps to get the book into publications, working with all the various people on this creative production was the most challenging part, some of it was fun, but most of it was challenging as I did not know the questions to ask each department and I was also working full-time in an office 5 days a week and had just finished 5 months of rehab for my back and hip and was away from home 11 hours a day, so time management was definitely essential. I would ask the Angels to carry me through these challenging periods.

None – The Angels picked the date and time they started channeling their quotes to me
What motivated you to write the book “In This Moment: Angels’ Sweet Reflections”?
I was seriously disabled with debilitating back and hip pain and could not walk or do the most mundane of household tasks. I was off work on disability. I was at one of the lowest ebbs of my life and pleaded with God and the Angels to PLEASE take me home if they had no more need for me to be here on the planet. I asked God and the Angels 3 questions: What did they want me to learn from this experience, what messages did they want me to share with others and how could I serve them? This published book is what transpired.
Can you tell us more about your latest book “In This Moment: Angels’ Sweet Reflections”?
My New Book IN THIS MOMENT ANGELS’ SWEET REFLECTIONS has over 250 inspirational/spiritual quotes channeled to me by the Angels when I was on disability with excruciating back pain. I asked God and the Angels what they wanted me to learn from this experience, what messages did they want me to share with others and how could I serve them? These Inspirational and Spiritual Quotes are about Peace, Love, Joy, Happiness, Encouragement, Support and Guidance. My Mission Statement which is what I want my book to reflect is: “I want to Inspire Everyone who comes Across My Path to Help Change this World into One of Unconditional and Universal Peace and Love through Respect, Consideration, Caring, Compassion and Kindness.”
How did you came up with the idea of writing inspirational quotes genre book?
The Angels chose me to be their Messenger of Hope by blessing me with over 250 angelic inspirational and spiritual quotes.

The late Wayne Dyer, Esther and Jerry Hicks, Doreen Virtue, Louise Hay
How much time do you dedicate for writing on a daily basis?
This depends on if I am at home for the day or working at my office job full-time, could be 10 minutes to 6 hours.
What words of wisdom would you like to give to aspiring writers?
I would like to say to anyone who has any “song” or “book” in them ready to bloom, pour as much inspirational and motivational water on your words so that they flourish and multiply. Dream as Big as You Possibly Can and Do Not Let Anyone Deter You From Your Vision! Only You Know What is Inside of You – No One Else Does!
